Danes mi je poštar, med obilico papirne navlake, ki niti v peči noče dobro goreti,
v nabiralnik potisnil reklamni katalog računalniške firme ANNI. Nekje proti
koncu ponujajo hišni BPL modem, ki se ga vtakne v 220V omrežje in tako preko
obstoječe električne napeljave poveže dva ali več PC-jev. Wire-less še lahko
pogoltnemo, tega pa verjetno naši RX-i, vsaj tisti v mestih, ne bodo tako zlahka.
Dva, dvajset takšnih modemov, ki se pogovarjajo preko navadnih neoklopljenih kablov
morda tudi še. Kaj pa dvesto, dvatisoč ....
Ali bo kdo kaj ukrenil? In, ali je to v S5 sploh legalno?

Če ima CE znak je vse legalno, v primeru da ga pa nima pa prijavi na inšpekcijo (tržno) ali pa elektro, mogoče bodo oni imeli kaj proti.
Da pi pa ZRS naredil kaj v tej smeri pa dvomim, ker tudi glede motenja kabelske TV v Lj. na 2m radioamaterski band se ni nič zgodilo.

Če se bo ta reč uporabljala v zasebne namene, bo težko kakorkoli ukrepati. Ne verjamem, da bi recimo na pobudo inšpektorja preiskovalni sodnik izdal nalog za policijsko preiskavo vseh stanovanj v bloku, da bi ugotovili, katera dva sostanovalca imata zvezo iz prvega v zadnje nadstropje stolpnice s PLC modemi (PLC = Power Line Communication, ki je v Evropi bolj uveljavljen termin kot BPL = Broadband Power Line, ki se pretežno uporablja v Ameriki).
Popolnoma nekaj drugega je, kadar se s to tehnologijo ponuja dostop do interneta v komercialne namene. OE in DL izkušnje kažejo, da so delilci pravice pri sporih zaenkrat bolj naklonjeni radioamaterjem in DBC združenjem kot internetnim ponudnikom.
