In Japan, we are promoting ATV using the Japanese terrestrial digital broadcasting system (ISDB-T system 64QAM), and amateur radio stations have been working on Full-HD ATV using almost the same radio wave format for the past six years.
On December 3rd, we successfully conducted a relay experiment using this Full-HD ATV to perform simultaneous relay transmission using one frequency (5745MHz) at almost the same location.
In ISDB-T broadcasting networks, it is used as a "gap filler" to counter building shadow disturbances, but his Full-HD ATV broadcasts using the same frequency waves have been successful in amateur stations in other countries as well. Have you ever been?
