5. kad radi s prenosivom amaterskom radijskom postajom – oznaku "/P" za telegrafiju, odnosno riječ "portable" za telefoniju.
When transmitting in the visited country the license holder must use his national call sign preceded by the CEPT call sign prefix as indicated below. The CEPT call sign prefix and the national call sign must be separated by the character "/" (telegraphy) or the word "stroke" (telephony). For a mobile amateur radio station the national call sign must be followed by the characters "/M" (telegraphy) or the word "mobile" (telephony). For a portable amateur radio station the national call sign must be followed by the characters "/P" (telegraphy) or the word "portable" (telephony).
How should I identify when operating in the UK?
You should use the UK prefix 'M' and any secondary locator if any, then a forward slash,‘/’, followed by your home callsign.. Thus an amateur from the Netherlands holding the callsign PA2MIL would identify in England as M/PA2MIL and an Austrian amateur holding the callsign OE7PBK would identify in Wales as MW/OE7PBK. A full list of secondary locators is given in 2(2) of the UK Amateur Radio Licence Terms, Conditions and Limitations.
Visitors operating under CEPT regulations should use their own call preceded by "EI/", followed by "/M" if operating from a vehicle. There is no requirement to use "/P" when operating portable in Ireland.
