IMPORTANT NEWS!!!
I will close down all award application servers today at 23:00 UTC for
this week, perhaps some days longer - depends on upcoming problems.
Why?
To get rid of the dublicates and missing awards in the data base
( nearly 190.000).
To reopen the ranking list, and do some other usefull things.
You will receive also up to three mails, which explain the behaviour
for each application you will send after midnight.
Hope to shorten the down time as much as possible.
