ARISS Plans SSTV Event for April
ARISS is planning for a 70cm (437 MHz) event for the week of April 12, 2026.
The ARISS teams are preparing a new series of SSTV transmissions for the event. The SSTV Series 31 images will pay tribute to Cosmonautics Day, the 100th anniversary of liquid-fueled rockets, the inaugural Space Shuttle launch and SuitSat.

On April 10, at 17:17UTC, the school orbital telescope will begin broadcasting a series of nine images in SSTV format, featuring the winners of the “Let’s Go!” science and education project competition.
Interval: 150 seconds

Frequency: 437.625 MHz
April 12 – Several more orbital postcards are planned. The total broadcast series will be 12 images."
April 10 — 14, 2026: SSTV Image Transmission Planned from SAKHACUBE-CHOLBON (RS18S) CubeSat
From April 10 (12:00 UTC) to April 14 (11:59 UTC), 2026, SAKHACUBE-CHOLBON (RS18S) CubeSat will be transmitting images via SSTV mode. The event commemorates the International Day of Human Space Flight on April 12.
